The Gantry

This building has lovely wide hallways and good people working the part-time concierge desk, but try getting anything repaired in your apartment and you're out of luck. Lots of stuff does break in these apartments, and the Super is supposed to do the repairs if he can, at a cost to the owner, or, if it's the A/C or heating unit that's broken, he's supposed to check out the problem and then call the outside company that services the units. The Super is personable enough, but much of the time he just can't be bothered to check out problems inside an apartment unless you bug him. He's also usually too busy to do actual repairs inside an apartment unless you bug him, and maybe not even then. He does some good work in the building's common areas, though.
