Buyer's Broker Fee- Seller has no broker

I am a buyer and am not working with a broker. I am trying to estimate the % savings to the seller, who also does not have a broker. If I did have a broker, and I was working with a seller who was representing themselves, what % fee would my broker make on the deal?
