I feel this listing might be a fraud. I already contacted streeteasy, but want to write here so no one is scammed. First - the window looks different from other listings of this building. Second - I got email from the broker about this listing, he's name is Peter Aaron and he also include his photo in the email. However, when I google search the photo, it appears to be a profile picture of the other person - James Henley. Third, I google searched Peter Aaron, apparently there's many fraud issues in the past. Please be very careful about this one.
