Discussion about 225 Central Park West #418
I was looking at a few apartments in the area and came to the open house on 11.25. When I arrived, friendly doorman told me I could wait because broker wasn't there. I waited until about 10 past the hour and left. I guess she thinks her time's more valuable--or perhaps that it's a seller's market. Good luck.
