Discussion about 680 Fort Washington Avenue #1G
Building recently cited with several mold violations. As a tenant impacted, I can attest it has not been resolved. Additionally, the super's family and friends smoke in the courtyards of the building under tenants' windows despite the fact the management claims this is a non-smoking building.
