Those considering renting in 321 Wythe Ave Brooklyn should be aware of ongoing mail theft and overall lack of security this building deals with. We have chosen to not renew our rental for a second year due to constant security issues with the building. Parties, an open gym during COVID, and dog mess in public areas has been bad, but having our mail stolen on multiple occasions is the last straw. There are better buildings in the area who treat their tenants with dignity and respect.
