16 St Marks - Negligent Landlord

I highly recommend not renting from this landlord. They are negligent, rude and inattentive. It took them 6 months to fix my running toilet (not an exaggeration). The take several days to respond to pest problems. They have on several occasions shut off water to the unit without notice, late into the evening. The front door has needed to be replaced for months and it has not been addressed. I've found homeless and loiterers in the hallways because the door does not close properly and the landlord's contractors often leave the door open and unattended. I highly recommend against living here.
