I figure if TA can post non RE related partisan posts, I will atleast post real estate related partisan posts. The Freddie and Fannie bail out is an example of the failed republican policies where their cronies get rich then the tax payer gets soaked in the bail out. Kind of a lot like the S&L scandal where McCain helped Keating and Myron Bush soak American of their life savings then the govt had to bail everyone out.
