The first official Manhattan price decline (6-7%) and half of New York's money machines essentially gone (ML and Lehman, not to mention AIG which was one of the 5 biggest firms here), and a clear panic set in, all happening in one weekend. Is this officially the Manhattan RE bubble pop?
