Credit is back. I got my first solicitation for a HELOC today for about 2 months. Granted, they used to offer me $75,000 no questions asked & this time it's just $50,000 (which I'm not taking out) but it is an indication that anybody who has a credit score of more than 800 can get credit. Just for those of you who claim I'm always negative. That said, I still don't think it'll have an effect on Manhattan real estate.
