1) 135 E 83rd St #5DE
The asking has dropped to $2.5M from $3.2 8 months ago. It has the space but a Media Room without window and a tiny Dining Room as well as narrow kitchen. 2) 178 E 80th St #3ABC
We were also the 3rd and last on the list for this OH.
The apartment also has great space and nice windows but again, since it's a combination of three apartments you end up with a small open kitchen. Would have to move the WD out of the bathroom and maybe make a laundry room were the home office is (was a kitchen before) and do something about the kitchen and also try to separate de bedroom wing from the main entrance, maybe using the previous entrance to unit B.
I thing I didn't like is that it's the largest apartment of a building full of studios and 1 BR's.
