Co-Op Boards Help

I have flower business and am looking to market my services to as many Manhattan buildings as possible. We are extremely professional and have a talent with matching flowers to the decor of rooms and building lobbies. I am not looking to solicit on this site, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice about how to get penetration into some of the buildings in the city. One thought that I had was to get in touch with as many different co-op boards as possible and pitch my services to them. I am wondering if there is any way to easily look up contact information for the various boards? I am appreciative of any other ideas that you guys may have. Thanks, Peter
