Went to the open house. This is not a 2 bed, more like a 1 bed with a VERY small office. Living room very small since the den/office is carved out of the living room. Kitchen needs updating as countertops are damaged and the floor needs to be replaced. This apartment is maybe 600 sq ft it is very small.
