How rude!...How dare you the maison east is the best deal in manhaten in the last 10 years. Get with it!
maison east is definetely crappy. Dont waste your time... Brokers in NYC are scum, and here is a perfect example of a pathetic broker trying to peddle something. However, people in NY and especially streeteasy or natefind readers are smart and definetely wont fall for stupid posting like yours!
As I wrote on another post, Maison East is a disgraceful pooh-toned edifice whose only purpose is the nighttime storage of worker drones. That broker is a sorry-ass loser with too much time on his hands. So is the one plugging 50 West or whatever it's called. Unctuous used car salesmen.
The best deal? or is it the best crap in manhattan in the last 10 years? Deal or no deal? NO DEAL!!!

Ii just snagge 18E tis weekend. You were right , they are selling so fast. This is the best deal ever! You better run (not walk) to the sales office to see whats left!

I went there and I am going to buy a 5-br and then a 2-br as an investrment. Shhhhh full disclosure: I'm actually a broker trying to hype this crap rental conversion. caaaaaaching. The more you buy in this dump, the more I make!!!!
