I had a terrible experience with their office. Their attitude really sucks. People were showing up for appointments and turned away because Jeff didn't feel like seeing them. The rental office just hung up on people in the lobby who showed up for appointments. Planning to contact the board members of the building because they should be aware of how this brokerage treats customers. If anyone has contact info please post here. Otherwise, will check buildings docs.

The developer is The Moinian Group. The condo board is probably still them, too.

It sounds, though, as if Neiditch's River2River outfit is just Moinian's speed: http://commercialobserver.com/2013/02/group-grades-the-moinian-group-with-a-big-fat-f/

yes, river to river and dan n. are indeed scumbags of the lowest order. look at the vacancies in the building and it is obvious something is going on there.

They have an $85 million listing there: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/848175-condo-635-west-42nd-street-midtown-west-new-york. How much were you looking to spend. Sometimes you need to work with a broker in your range. I'm not saying you are at the very low end, but if you are, Jim_Hores10 could take your money and similarly add no value.
