LIC is still overpriced with a 30% discount.

damn. is rockrose gonna go under. this plus 99 john plus those huge rental towers in the dead zone of the west 30's. it's looking rough.

Or do you mean really far west? (i've seen some construction over there)

no i mean the three rockrose is building on like 37th and 10th and 11th avenues. i don't think rockrose actually has one on 6th ave in the 20's thats archstone and some other ones.

i think they should be called the lincoln tunnel arms. or maybe lincoln tunnel gardens.

now, we have the people sucked in by the first wave of the discount from the bubble prices.

Not a lot of sucking though.... sales volume has hit the floor.

Which just means further price reductions on their way soon.

Have the hookers in LIC also decreased their prices?.....if yes then buy now!!!
