I went to the Open House for 176 West 86th #9B and I got vertigo climbing the stairs up to the bedroom, plus it still costs more than a million bucks with all the taxes and you have to pay a mortgage tax.
I have been out looking for low cost apartments and have found a few deals: here is an Upper West Side apartment for less than $350,000 http://www.118west81.blogspot.com
why did chuck post this?..is this anything more than just one more seller-delusiona posting?

sorry guys this is not a plant.. i am just a pissed off buyer from 505 west 47th street!! moving from apt to apt trying to get a better deal.
