Discussion about
When I get updates that say Unavailable, No Longer on Market, No Longer Available, etc. Does that mean porperties have been sold or pulled off the market?

Pulled off, typically. Or the listing exclusivity has expired, and the seller will be re-listing it with another agent.

skeptical.. did one of your favs get delisted and spook ya?! Don't worry, it's like 2 hrs before closing at a bar, the ladies that are still in there are starting to get desperate and you are starting to look better with each drink.... just sit back and keep an eye on the gorgeous brunette in the corner... and if she leaves, set your eyes on the pilates instructor blond on the other corner :)

They'll get drunker and prettier bf this party is thru...

if they were lucky enough to be "sold" or "in contract" the listing would state that.
