Looking for insight on 2-3 beds UWS

Would appreciate any and all insights from the UWS experts. Looking for a 2-3 bedroom around 1500 sf ft with doorman. 70 or 80s from RSD to CPW. Wouldnt like to pay much more than $2k for monthly maintenance if possible. looks like most of the offers are still over $1000/sq ft. Is it reasonable to find this type of apartment at $800/sq ft? thanks

just curious, do you exclude the low 90's because of crime or school district? Your price range might be in the 90's but not the 70's,80's (yet)

i think the maintenance is going to be tough to find.

i guess I wouldn't exclude the low 90s but its a little high up from where we wants. Could stretch a bit of maintenance. Surprised people don't think you could negotiate down to $800/sq ft here.
