Not to mention they are lying and calling it a 3 bedroom when it only has 2 legal bedrooms.

Clearly not priced to sell at 1588/ppsf - maybe at $600/ppsf they could make that claim.

That's hilarious - they already changed the text of the ad, and it's not even a day old... Someone must be monitoring Streeteasy... Guess they know it's not priced to sell in this mkt!
