One Columbus Place

One Columbus is by and large a decent building with a gracious and helpful staff HOWEVER there are some irksome things too.

the most irksome of which is that every potential renter gets a tour of building and its beautifully planted outdoor space (note; however, this outdoor space CLOSES AT 5PM DURING THE WEEK. FROM MEM DAY TO LABOR DAY, IT CLOSES AT A RIDICULOUS 7 PM. I could envision bringing wine and magazines to lounge there after work, but THERE'S NO OPPORTUNITY TO DO THAT. I never heard of a building's deck closing so early - rendering it useless. A group of tenants petitioned the management last year, but they did nothing. Maybe this forum will encourage them to think about extending it a few hours on each end.

That's bad. I'm moving in soon and losing a rooftop access from current building. Plus I have the feeling that the management team is not really arranging and pretty severe... We'll see.
