$683,900 was probably the highest priced unit; they list this to make it seem like there is a huge discount, but it was still overpriced. If you can get a unit for under 200K, I would say its a great deal. I would take a look, but that commute is too hard for me.

i would not pay more than 200K for 1 br. the tax abatement will run out in 5 yrs and then ur hit with 2% RE tax.For a neighbourhood that doesnt have a good schooling thats way to high. AND btw THE COUNTY WILL REASSES YOUR VALUE AFTER. ATLEAST 8-9k IN TAXES A YEAR 2014.
