Look at one of the many one-bedrooms for sale there. Figure CC and taxes at $35 psf per year. You might be able to rent it out at $60, but current owners are having difficulty doing that. So, maybe $500 psf as an income investment.

Not sure about the residential side but the windows on the office side are tinted way to dark. Don't like it.
