Yes, I did about 5 weeks ago; nothing special at all, and some very strange design on the top floor duplexes, if I recall; Basement dplexes were like bunkers. Big turnoff for me was the street - definitely not a fan of that part of Wburg.

Already 25% sold after only 18 months on the market, time to jack up the prices!
