UWS coops that like big dogs

771 West End has lots of dogs -- shepherds, labs, etc, and also lots of kids. 5A is a classic 7 for sale. 5B is a classic 6. Buy both if your kids and dogs are really big. The building has a gorgeous roof garden, a bike shed, big basement storage (all free of charge,) a classic lobby, solid financials and the best super on the West Side.

255 West End (btwn 71/72) allows big dogs. I believe there is a 2 bdrm available in that building,

Also would love it to have a very decent exercise facility and garage very near by or in bldg.

771 has the Paris across the street with a pool, NY Sports @ 95th Street, Equinox (has great classes) @ 92nd St. Garage diagonally across at the Columbia.
