Discussion about Conrad Condominium at 342 East 110th Street in East Harlem
Any idea when this building is going for it's TCO?

Anticipated occupancy is July/August 2009.

It has been crazy busy averaging 3-5 offers per week and 3 contracts out per week for the last 3 weeks. They say that the market is not so good in sales, but not I cannot seem to see that this is the case.
