lots of units in the trump units over there are similar. Browse 200 and 220 as well...

An update: times is tough for the slumlord Arfa/Shpigel household. The condo just filed a lien of common charges against them for 15E: http://a836-acris.nyc.gov/Scripts/DocSearch.dll/Detail?Doc_ID=2009120300258001

They stopped paying in August.

100% financing? Negative equity leading to strategic defaults and foreclosure? Not in Manhattan, not on quality places. Please look away, carry on, nothing to see here.
