have you seen this apt? the problem with this unit is that it is in the back.

Just an FYI, according to the realtor I spoke with re another apartment here, this building is in the midst of a reno of all hallways and common spaces, elevators, etc. I think it is supposed to go on for 2 years. In any case, all the apartments have an additional assessment to pay for the repairs.

a lot of suspicion about chuckie's agenda.

4BE, 89D, 4C all ain't moving. We went to 89D and thought it was too good to be true and it was. Pictures are so deceptive of the living room and the stairway is a "death trap" as another poster described...also big assessments expected for these 3 apts...
