Anyone check out the properties listed on bidonthecity.com ? Only two apartments listed so far. I think the initial press release said there would be ten apartments. Perhaps more to follow? I know the building at 555 west 23rd. Nice building. Starting bid in 40% below asking....

If they want to generate serious interest, they're going to have to do better than that on the starting prices, as well as selection, obviously.
