Just being honest... if you all have a problem I can stop posting. here is my email samhechtman@hotmail.com... I'm a regular person calling it as I see it.

then perhaps you may want to rethink your approach. who cares about your take on distressed( or not) listings? think about for a moment.

so they don't get reined in to bad listings.. because I am always on the run to open houses to find a new place for my self... kind of a tip.. I guess a bad one here (missed the mark) but a tip nonetheless.

well, cc, that may not be totally fair. really, there are plenty of people who think other people are delusional/crazy/ignorant/uninteresting on this site, and that shouldn't stop posting. chuck, i'd suggest that you start a thread for distressed sales, which may overlap with the price chopper one, but is a slightly different angle. put all of your observations there, and it will be neat and tidy instead of random-seeming comments about random properties.

hey, someone just called me stupid. i was told to get over myself a couple of days ago. just get a thick skin and try to use the board for your purpose (which i would hope is to actually generate conversation about distressed (or should be distressed properties)), with some accommodations for the negative feedback.

plus the only person here with the inclination to buy anything is upper east but he has been outed as a retired postal worker in his robe...can't possibly come up with the bucks you need. try somewhere else.

cc, maybe i'm dense, but you actually think a broker is posting negative info about listings hoping that people will think they're bargains? and he just outed himself. oh well, if i am naive and wrong, just ignore my inclusionary efforts.
