Discussion about
What do you think of this condo listing?

At $750K, it is $535 psf for 1,400 sf.
The common charges are very low ($282) and the real estate taxes are $416, so total carrying charge is $0.50 psf per month.
Has a small private outdoor space and close to Morningside Park and Central Park.
Harlem critics will certainly erupt in rage against the neighborhood, but this area near the 2 Parks is fairly quiet and near amenities on the UWS and Columbia.

didn't this whole building sold as a lottery not so long ago? check how much the owner paid for it, or the previous owner, $250k? i wouldn't buy where lotteries were used as those owners have a lot of room to lower prices if they want to sell at the same time as you need to.

Not bad neighborhood, but I would prefer 3 blocks south.

Market value is around $500K or less, based on Property Shark assessments.
