I understand people who are in rentals when they are new ... they are trying to make it to the big time in sales. Rentals are entry-level.
When I think of people who make a career in rentals, it is pretty clear to me a failure to commit, a fear of hard work that lasts past the short-term, ADHD, or a drug problem.
