Discussion about
here is a question for you broker haters, I was interested in a unit but at some point I realized the seller couldn't hit my bid because of the commission that needed to be paid to the broker. then the seller took the unit off the market. Wondering if I could contact the seller directly and show my offer again, this time without a broker involved I think we are much much closer than before. Any though, and please don't go after me for unethical behavior.

Broker usually has clauses in contract to carve out certain buyers for up to 6 months after the end of contract. Pretty easy for the broker to see who bought the apt when it finally sells and then go after their commission.

what a dumber, I guess they need to protect themselves somehow (brokers). Any how I will still try and see what happens.

I find this ironic. On another thread people have been crucifying a poor FSBO for wanting to sell on his own and here someone is actually seeing the value of selling FSBO.

Amen.
