i would check the montrose, when i looked they were the best price and giving a free month. it was about 4200 if i recall for a 2 bed 2 bath.

the winsor and biltmore were pretty aggressive if that's your cup of tea.

we ended up getting 15% off our current rent (covertible 3) so stuck with what we had.

I would have to say right now that Archstone Murray Hill at 40'th street is the winner. No security deposit, one month free rent and they are also paying the broker. But I am working with a ton of new hires at JP Morgan and PriceWater House who are looking for June rentals-so if you move now-it might be worth the move. I have seen many of these management companies end the incentives quickly as the inventory in the individual buildings is snapped up. Good Luck.

Ummmm, you mean 20-30% fewer hires than last year, all with no signing bonus.
