anyone know anything about this bldg.? doesnt ever seem to come up on peoples radar here when talking about tribeca/ fidi area rentals.

I looked at a loft space a month ago for 1000 sq feet for $3500 or so...seems like a nice building but in the end i wanted to live in DUMBO

we went to see a corner 2bd, really like the layout. good space. also good location in terms of being close to the heart of tribeca. I remember it was about 4800/mo after some incentive. it is a doorman luxury building.
