I just joined under the $10 a month plan and sent Streeteasy several emails to cancel the subscription at the end of the month, otherwise it autobills.....no response....how do you get to cancel here.....

if you want to cancel, log into your account, on your personal info page... you should see "cancel" there... you click and all is well

Wow. It's really too bad someone would suggest we're like that. We've made it as easy as possible to cancel. I guess some people really don't think twice about posting something like #1.

*Goto "My Page", click Insider, click Cancel.*

Hi I just charged my amex card for 10 dollars. I just want the service for 1 month, so can you cancel me for any subsequent billing and just leave me active for this one month? please advise, thanks

We're sorry to lose you as a StreetEasy insider! Canceling your account is straightforward, log into StreetEasy, go to 'My Page' and click on the Insider section link. There is a link there to cancel. You should receive an email soon after canceling notifying you of your status change. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
