Schnabel's Pompeii-red Palazzo Chupi,

Still two to sell. Hard to find two buyers willing to pay a huge premium for a pool, garage, and Schnabel's taste.

I've not been there but in one of the photos, I remember, it showed the terrace and the river but right next door was a balcony on a postwar - unfortunate, I'd say ..... and at the price!?

I adore Palazzo Chupi! Not for the architecture, color, dark interiors etc., but because it's unique and sparks so much press, speculation and debate. It's a nice addition to the neighborhood, just not for me!
