Discussion about
... if this contract falls through: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/355064-coop-955-park-avenue-upper-east-side-new-york. Maybe the broker's keeping a waiting list.
? They don't live on Park.
IIRC the exterior shots for them used to be some post-war far-east-side condo, but lately they've been of 955 Park.
201 East 80th #16E.
Ta-da! That's more their speed. Wonder what's up with showing 955 Park, though? Lame attempt at concealing the address, while showing the Crown Cleaners next door.
When I do a reality show, I want my exteriors shot outside the Dakota. I have no connection to the building, but the entrance is beautiful.
They briefly tried to sell in 2007. Good timing. Bad price.

LOL me too.
Any of you watched Kings? The "palace" is the Apthorp and the court is at TWC.
It's all I can do to keep up with Real Housewives offshoots.
I want to live next door to the countess. She must have a new place.
Luann I haven't found on ACRIS. The house looks as if it might be in one of those little stretches of narrow rowhouses in the '60s east of Lexington.
She did an interview and said she is keeping the townhouse
she might be keeping the townhouse but i read she's selling her beach house as is Ramona...times are hard even for the "housewives"
Hi Julia, hope you're feeling better.
I hear Luan's house is leased.
I don't like Jill's floor plan; LR seems narrow; furnishings are garish
Does anyone honestly know how the housewives are doing financially right now. Are these ladies feeling the heat or are they leading teflon lives like the show suggests?
hi dwell...thanks for your good thoughts...I hate Jill's furnishings...it does look like Liberace lived there...I'm also curious how Simon and Alex are surviving financially, he manages a hotel and she lost her job...also Ramona sells religious items.
I have only good thoughts for you, Julia.
Watching that show is a guilty indulgence & here's another: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1191056/board
> times are hard even for the "housewives"
Except for Jill, of course. She got the 16k bag.
Folks still need fabric!
dwell, nyc1022...the show is a guilty pleasure...$16k for a bag that's 6 months rent..crazy people.
