Not a single sale in the last week?

i regularly look at sales data for apts over $700k over the last 7 days. since monday, SE has shown ZERO. a data error, or just further evidence that nothing is moving? Even during the last few months, i always saw at least a handful.

It's a data problem, and it has been going on for some time. I've noticed several recent sales (e.g. 333 CPW, 255 W84th, 300 WEA), plus some fairly old ones (e.g. 473 WEA) that are in ACRIS but not on SE.

A bunch of sales just hit the database. For some reason, they seem to be classified as "Time shares". At least that makes them easy to find.

or maybe everyone was too busy filing their taxes to buy RE. LOL
