Anyone else in contract at The Edge in Williamsburg? When do you think they'll be done? Can we close at pre-August prices?

The agent said towards end-of-the year. What do you mean by pre-August prices?
Do you know if they have any incentives when purchasing?

they told me 2010 when i called them this week. i would definitely try to renegotiate on that one. they are entertaining offers significantly below asking price.

I think early 2010 (Jan?) is likely.
What incentives / offers have you guys been hearing/offered?
