Discussion about The Sheridan at 40 East 9th Street in Greenwich Village
Some additional information about this building. This building requires 30% down on all apartments (70% financing is allowed). M line apartments are converted 1 bedrooms, but often listed as 2 bedrooms. Typical dimensions seen on all the floor plans on Street Easy are close but not entirely accurate. often they are copied from one floor plan to the next without verification.

How is the board? What do they require in financials (liquidity, etc.)? Do they allow guarantors?
