http://www.cnbc.com//id/30352485 After speaking with Toll CEO. Cramer doesn't, i think, even use the words on or about June 30th. He says June 30th. That is pretty funny. Yes, he has a great memory for stocks but his short term crystal ball is the same one that everyone else uses.

Awesome! So even if the guy who is usually more wrong than right gets that right, it means Manhattan hitting bottom is only 26 months away!
