You can rent this for $3,600. The maintenance is $1,400. So you can earn a whopping 2.3% cash return on your money if you buy it rather than rent it. This is a mental exercise asssuming you are a cash buyer. Bear in mind, this is an after-tax return. Is this as awful as it seems to me given the risks...when I compare it to a muni or something.

I think the rental is for 7B. Same line, but may not have the same finishes?

Either way.... the purchase market is still out of whack and this ask is way out of line.
