What do you people think about this nabe? Are you dumb for living in DUMBO or not? Thoughts? I would appreciate any feedback as a newcomer to Brooklyn. Thanks

tina24hour's mini-history on development there is really good. In general, I like the area, but recognize that it caters to a fairly specific kind of resident in mind. You've got a great artsy vibe, and arguably the best views in Brooklyn, though public transportation is subpar in my opinion.
