Discussion about 1160 Third Avenue #9E
When will the seller realize they're about $150,000 over current market prices? There's a similar unit in the building that's been listed forever that's just dropped their price to $499,000 (true, it appears to be facing a wall).

What you don't realize is that in this particular bldg, prices are proportionate to floor number. So, if the unit on 6 is 500K, then this one should be (9/6)*500K=750K. So it is appropriatly priced.

Does this make sense? I hope this helps. Don't hesitate with further questions.

Thanks for your reply. You've spoken like a true broker. Good luck with your listing. However, I do think that 6D is still a much better value for $250,000 less.
