black trolls?
is the price real ? if it is would you not think the bubble may be bursting??
Look at the price history people. It is an F-up.
It also said it is a 2bed 1 bath studio. Huh??
just did major F%^ up
a bunch of fools! the property was initially listed at $350K... then, that broker increased it to $850K on 3/16/07... NO one give a crap to see that apt.. run down, old... just see the photos and judge for yourself! they then lowered it back to $350K on the very same day! it was a mistake by the broker.
you have to read it carefully - here's the listing for this apt - a 425sqft studio. The classification of rooms mean the number of rooms - living room = 1, bathroom = 1... total = 2. unless you want to sleep in the bathroom, hip hip horray! stupid broker needs to be reported to the department of state

West 47 isn't Lincoln Square!

The typing job is being outsorced overseas, where Lincoln Square NYC sounds fine in 47 st
trolls in the rental section too. I contacted the gentelman over 2 months ago, no answer, still listed

Since one of the features of Streeteasy is a search by most recently price changes, brokers change prices back and forth, then get listed under this category. They do that for the MLS by changing the number, so nobody knows how long a property has been in the market. Streeteasy come up with this nice feature so to keep track of inventory; if brokers can short-circuit it, Streeteasy looses its edge.
Another R E troll: properties being listed 4 times

Streeteasy, whould you hire me? I am #1, #10, #11, #13, #14, #15
rental properties usually are listed multiple times as they are "open listings." they are exclusively contracted with one broker. Any brokerage companies can compete for the rental of the property. If you go on Craigslist, you will see over 20 ads for the same rental apartment.
Pleeeease, this is not Craigslist, thank you.
4 ads for the same ap totally defeats the purpose of Streeteasy as a discerning R E site, let alone 20.
The price ping pong mentioned by #1 does indeed look strange.
But I don't get #15... what's wrong with a renovated building full of studios? Those are not the same listing 4 times, they are different listings. Look at the square footage.
#19 some sq footage are different, but some are the same. AND the pics are the same and one.
