Discussion about The Tribeca Lofts at 79 Worth Street in Tribeca

What do you think about these buildings? have you seen them? Some of the people here are very knowledgeable on real state. I would love any comments and thoughts.

What did you decide sandritamia? I love this building, but I'm also cautious about the status of the refurb. Would love to get your thoughts.

Oh goodness - when we saw them, the celing was leaking in one of the units!

saw it yesterday, the place has great potential but you'll def need to sink some money into to make it livable...a lil extra and it'd be ballllerrr.

didn't see any leaks but the overall state of the development is a bit curious?? maybe a soon to be bankrupt developer? i dont' really get it...
