Discussion about 75 East End Avenue in Yorkville

What is the community like at this building? It has some almost-affordable apartments, but I wonder about the age of the apartments. Is the board okay generally with interior renovations? How has the building been run so far? Is it family friendly? I know that EEA is a prestigious street - where does this building fit in?
