Discussion about 55 East End Avenue #910L
Visited this open house a couple of weeks ago. Interior feels much smaller than appears on the floor plan. The dining nook really feels like a nook. Very skeptical about a vertical combination - in terms of cost, layout and the effect on interior space and also regarding board approval for such a combination. Horizontal combinations are so much easier.
