505update

Just to give an in the trenches update, I am nearly 100% walking and giving up contract deposit of over 100,000. My wife is now on board. I saw some things all over the city I liked over the last couple of weeks, but she was SOLD this past sunday where empty open houses abounded in prime areas uws, ues, and less prime areas, chelsea, tribeca. On 505, The existing contractees seem to be getting nowhere with the developer, but I am not sure of this. I think they hired a lawyer though. I hope they will at least get some concessions. Of course, I also benefit if the building doesn't happen, (get full deposit back) but I hear there are approximately 30-40 apartments that seem ready to bolt if no concessions are given.
